Global term
Rate card
A short, public document that lists the services you offer, the deliverables and the price for each, used to anchor freelance conversations.
A rate card replaces the awkward back and forth of one off quotes with a clear, repeatable price list. It typically lists three to five productised services, scope, turnaround time and price. Senior freelancers use rate cards to filter out clients who cannot afford them and to close higher value clients faster. Update your rate card every six months and treat the published number as the floor, not the ceiling.
