These terms govern your use of Hustle Report (“Service”), operated by Erdem Volkan trading as Hustle Report (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Hustle Report is a personal income intelligence service. It analyses the CV and financial information you provide to surface matched side hustle opportunities, salary benchmarks and subscription-saving recommendations. The Service is informational; it does not provide financial, legal or employment advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is available worldwide; some features (job matching, salary data) are optimised for the UK, US, Australia, Canada and Ireland.

3. Subscription and payment

Access to the full Service requires a monthly subscription at £9.99/month (or the local currency equivalent shown at checkout), billed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to process data belonging to other individuals without their consent.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or extract data from the platform in bulk.
Share your account credentials with third parties.
Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (CV, bank statements, income entries). By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties. See our Privacy policy for full detail.

6. Disclaimers

Salary benchmarks, opportunity matches and savings estimates are derived from publicly available and third-party data sources. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of earnings or employment outcomes. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

8. Referrals

The referral programme awards one free month (as Stripe credit) for each referred user who starts and maintains a paid subscription. Credits are applied automatically. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the programme at any time.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page; this cancels your subscription and initiates data deletion per our Privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We will email active subscribers at least 14 days before making material changes to these terms. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
